Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Everything is wiped within 30 days. You can also email us — we'll handle it for you.
Why is my quiz stuck loading?
Try pulling to refresh the home screen, then re-enter the kiki. If it persists, email us with your account email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Kikis → Cancel. Your access stays active until the current billing period ends.
Can I use Kikis alongside Anki?
Yes. Kikis surfaces the words from your life that need review now — Anki handles whatever deck you maintain separately. They don't conflict.

Use the demo account credentials provided in the App Review notes. Google Sign-In requires a real Google account — please use the email/password tab.
